FCA reporting

We have experience in dealing with reporting of financial information to the FCA. This would usually be done via the GABRIEL system. The size of your entity and the category given by the FCA would determine the level of information that you would need to report. We are able to deal with your reporting requirements in conjunction with preparation of management information.

Financial due diligence

You may find yourself in a position where you wish to acquire another company or your own company may be subject to a takeover. In conjunction with a legal advisor we are able to carry out the required financial due diligence. This would typically include an analysis of your current trading and financial position as well as verification of your assets, liabilities, shareholdings and previous years financial statements. We are also Registered Auditors so can provide a non-statutory audit should a higher level of assurance be required by either party.
