Company Secretarial & Registered Office

All companies are required to submit an Annual Return of their shareholders and directors to Companies House.

In addition there are requirements to notify Companies House of changes in directors, and Persons with Significant Control.

For branches of overseas companies, the filing requirements are slightly different but at Dunne & Waterman, we are able to offer a complete company secretarial service, dealing with all filing requirements and the preparation of minutes where necessary.

We are also able to provide a Registered Office address where we have an ongoing relationship with the client.
